Credit card payment is required to register online. The
information supplied on the Internet is transmitted through
a secure server; however ,the Cardiovascular Research
Foundation is not responsible for fraudulent credit card
transactions. Rooms are made available only to delegates
registered for “India Live 2010”.
Room requests for non-registered applicants will not be
processed.

Group Registration
Group Registration is applicable when 10 or more
registrations are paid on the same cheque or credit card.
Please contact India Live Secretariat to receive
instructions.
The Organisers of India Live 2010 are not responsible for
airfare, housing, or other costs incurred by the
participants in the event of program or registration
cancellation. Please note, in the event that “India Live
2010” is abbreviated or cancelled because of circumstances
beyond the Organisors Control, including, but not limited
to, civil disturbance, earthquake, electrical outage,
explosion, fire, freight embargo, strike or labor unrest,
flood, hurricane, tornado, or other acts of God, an act of
war, terrorism, or the act of any government(de facto or de
jure) ,or any government agency or official, the “India Live
2010” Organisers reserve the right at their sole discretion,
to unilaterally terminate the inaugural course. In these
circumstances, the registrant expressly agrees to waive any
claim that he, she, or it may have against the “India Live
2010” Organisors for damages or compensation, including, but
not limited to, fees for registration, housing, airfare
and/or incidental charges.
Policies
- Group registration is applicable when 10 or more
registrations are paid on the same demand draft or credit
card.
- Conference badges provided to registered delegates must
be worn at all times. Entry to the conference will be denied
without a conference badge.
- Cancellations received in writing by Jan 9, 2010 will be
refunded less a INR 500 administrative fee. Cancellation
received in writing between January 9, 2010 and January 23,
2010 will be subject to a 50% penalty.No refunds will be
given after January 23, 2010.
- Refunds or credit will not be given to attend, late
arrival, unattended events, or early departure. The Organisors are not responsible for airfare, housing, or
other costs incurred by participants in the event of program
or registration cancellation. Please note, in the event that
India Live 2010 is abbreviated or cancelled because of the
circumstances beyond the Organisors Control, including, but
