will not be processed. Rooms must be guaranteed with a credit card. The “India Live 2010” Housing Bureau will not process a request without a credit
card number and expiration date valid through the conference dates.

- Room requests for non-registered delegates will not be processed
Rooms must be guaranteed with a credit card. Creative Travel will not process a request without
a credit card number and expiration date valid through the conference
- Luxury tax and VAT will be applicable and charged at the time of check out
- A 4.12% government service tax will be applicable on total bill towards accommodation
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations received 45-60 days prior to check in will receive one night retention
for rooms
- Cancellations received 15-45 days before check in or date of commencement of tour will be
refunded 25% of the total amount
- Cancellations received between 7-15 days before check in or date of commencement of tour will
be refunded 50% of the total amount
- Cancellations received less than 7 days before check in or date of commencement of tour will not
be refunded
